The winning companies were categorized into two. Platinum and Gold category. Gold categorized companies are those having a customer to distributor ratio 5:1. The platinum categorized companies were having a ratio of 10 :1 ratio.

It's important to maintain good relationships with your clients by always following up on their concerns in a timely manner. There are several factors you must consider to make your business reach more customers.

1) A good compensation plan: For any business, it is essential to have a clear understanding about how their employees are being paid. This is same for the MLM companies too. Compensation plan is the stepping stone of an MLM business. Having a proper compensation plan will help companies enhances the demand for their products. 

2) Customer should be given first priority:  Companies that produce products for those who are loyal and passionate about their service will experience much more success than the companies without those traits. The company should encourage distributors by promoting the culture of attaining revenue through sales from customers rather than improving the number of their distributors.

3) Personalized selling: Direct selling was a traditional method where selling products where person-to-person. But as the technology improved, the way of marketing also changed. Now different e-commerce platforms are available. Distributors can promote their products without any ruckus. This will enhance the customer experience and also enhance the customer retention.
